Loan Application Checklist

While your focus may be on the details of your home, getting the paperwork needed to your lender will help make your loan process simpler and faster. We'll be available to answer any questions you have.

Income

  • Paystubs from the most recent 30 days

  • W-2s from the past 2 years

  • Personal Income Tax Return from the past 2 years

  • Corporate returns including K-1 and 1099s (if self-employed)

Assets

  • Bank statements for the most recent 2 months

  • 60 days of balance history

  • Most recent 401(k), IRA and statements for stocks, bonds and mutual funds 

  • Cleared Earnest Deposit Check

Miscellaneous

  • Homeowners insurance policy and agents contact info

  • Purchase contract

  • Divorce decree (if applicable)

  • Gift Letter - provided by lender (if applicable)
